Karen and Rob's engagement photos!

I am so sad that I won't be able to attend Karen and Rob's wedding on December 23. I know Karen will do an amazing job of putting together a beautiful wedding, but the weather is too unpredictable and I am afraid of missing Christmas in Edmonton with Bridget, Daniel, Ashley and Jamie. So while I am in St. John's for my cousins wedding, I decieded to do an engagement photo session with them! It was so much fun. Despite the fact that my mother tried the whole morning to convince me that I shouldn't go out in the wind...we went! I am so glad we did. We shot photos in downtown St. John's, on the famed George Street and then on to Cuckolds Cove for an ocean view. Despite the fact that there were near hurricane strength winds, it made for amazing engagement photos and it was a lot of fun.

I am so happy with how these came out! Bad weather aside, we got some beautiful shots! The indoor photos were all taken at Bridie Molloy's pub on George Street where we stopped to warm up. Of course Karen had red wine and I had Screech! If you don't know what it is- head on down to Newfoundland! It's worth the trip!

Really like the look of #4, and the shoe photo is just fantastic fun. What a great set.
