Sabreena and Ann had an awesome awesome (did I mention it was awesome) backyard wedding on August 1. I love that they had their nearest and dearest present and had an intimate gathering. Mother Nature decided to wreck havoc on all backyard weddings that weekend (yes, I was the photographer at more than one). The lovely caterers burned copious calories carting their delicious fare in and out to suit the raindrops, the Officiant had to hurry to start right away to avoid a mid wedding ceremony downpour, all the while the wedding photographer was trying to hide equipment from the impending wetness. Yes, that was me, poking my camera under any handy table cloth when there was a break in excitement (and there weren't many I assure you!)
It was an awesome fun wedding and I hope they had a wicked time cruising around the Mediterranean (while their jealous photographer was sitting at home editing their wedding photos)
Of course, no wedding would be complete without ones canine companions. These were two of the cutest dogs I have met. At the end of the hot day....I think Zena had the right idea. A Strongbow makes the day complete!
