Last time I was in Newfoundland, I was disappointed that the weather didn't cooperate for me to take photos of my cousin Danielle's children, Gregory and Lauren. This time we made it a priority, and despite freezing cold temperatures, we had a dry day, and got them done.

When we tried to decide on a location, there were several places we discussed, but the only choice was clear to me. We took the photos at the fishing stage that belongs to Gregory's Grandfather Bill. Of course, before Bill, it was my Grandfather's and his fathers and his fathers, maybe even his father before him. It's been in our family a very long time and I am proud to say that it is still operational. Bill still runs his fishing operation there today. It is also still busy with nosy children- just like it was when I was a nosy child!

Thanks to Danielle and the kids for coming out in the cold to get these done. I am really glad we did!

Love this session! The chair rocks and I love the story/history of the location.
