Carrie-Ann can only be described as a bundle of energy. From the first minute I met her, I thought she was awesome. Really, the energy this woman sends out is contagious! Dallas is great too and I think they make an awesome couple. I am not sure if he can tell stories as funny as Carrie-Ann, but if he can- look out!
The girls got ready for the wedding at the Meterra Hotel, on Whyte Ave in Edmonton. What a super nice place! It's very modern with great light! I loved it!
Here is Dallas hanging out with his son (the cutest of all the groomsmen) just before the ceremony. I love the intensity in both of their faces! I think it might be pre-ceremony jitters!
After the wedding ceremony, we headed to the Alberta Legislature to take the formal wedding portraits. I was blessed with having my good friend Chrystal Beson (http://www.chrystalbeson.blogspot.com/) come all the way to Edmonton from Fort McMurray, Alberta to shoot this wedding with me. I love shooting with her! She is phenominal to both shoot and spend time with! You should totally check out the photos from this wedding that she featured on her blog! I will follow up this post with my personal favorites from her- just as soon as I get back from my vacation!

I love this shot of Carrie-Ann and Dallas, just 'forgetting' I was there. Sometimes it's hard for people to relax and just let me capture the moments, but they were pros at it!
The bouquet was my favorite I have ever seen. Kerry Parsons from Bride on a Budget (http://www.bride-on-a-budget.com/index2.php) did a wicked job with this gigantic bouquet. It was seriously huge with the most amazing fresh flowers. I had to pick it up to move it for photos on a couple of occasions and it was so heavy I couldn't believe it! Props to Carrie-Ann for carrying it around all day! Great job on the flowers Kerry, they really were great!
